Beef filled pasta pockets with bacon in a creamy parmesan sauce with ground black pepper.

Spirali Diavola
Pan-fried pancetta, sun-dried tomatoes, onion and garlic in a pomorola and chilli sauce.

Penne Strascicate (Bolognese)
Classic italian dish of a meat, tomato and red wine sauce tossed through penne pasta.

Pasta alla Salsiccie
Spicy Italian sausage pieces toasted with bacon, onion, olives and garlic in a light pomorola sauce.

Penne al Pesto
Home-made basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan pesto tossed with penne and your choice of extra virgin olive oil or cream.

Spaghetti Piccanti
Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chili and parsley sauce tossed through spaghetti.

Pasta alla Putanesca
Pan-fried capsicum, olives, capers and anchovies in a pomorola and pesto sauce.

Pasta Primavera
Seasonal vegetables sauteed with garlic, olives, sundried tomatoes and capers in a creamy pomorola sauce.

Risotto Pollo e Zucca $21
Roasted pumpkin, chicken, spinach and feta in a white wine Arborio rice dish, finished with butter and parmesan sauce.

Caesar Salad $17
Roman lettuce tossed through grilled bacon, egg, croutons and anchovies with caesar dressing. (Add prawns or chicken for an additional $4)

Salsiccie Alla Griglia $20
Thick and spicy Italian sausages served on a bed of rustic mash potato with roasted cherry tomatoes and Spanish onion relish.

Pesce al Forno $25
Oven roasted barramundi on a bed of rustic potato mash and topped with a warm tomato and saffron salsa, served with a wild roquette, feta, Spanish onion and olive salad.

Pollo Parmigiana $25
Crumbed chicken breast topped with grilled eggplant, pomorola and mozzarella and served with steamed seasonal vegetables. Also available in Veal.
