Dinner Banquet Options

We currently have two dinner banquet options. With our dinner banquets all pastas, extras and crostini will be served on share plates for everybody to enjoy, the main dishes and desserts will differ with each banquet so please check below for further information. We are happy to cater to various dietary requirements so feel free to speak to our friendly staff for more information. With our dinner banquets all numbers, dietary requirements, times and food choices must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours before the booking and a 10% deposit paid. Entree

Pasta

Casa
Pasta tossed with sauteed garlic, chili and bacon strips served in a creamy pomorola sauce.

Piccanti
Pasta cooked in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sundried tomatoes, chili and parsley.

Putanesca
Pasta with pan-fried capsicum, olives, capers and anchovies in a pomorola sauce.

Crostini

Bruschetta
Fresh Tomato, red onion and basil on toasted Italian bread dressed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.

Funghi
Warm porcini and button mushroom sauce on toasted Italian bread

 

 

Mains

Both mains will be served on one plate to each member of the banquet

Pollo Cacciatore
Roasted chicken breast pan-fried with garlic and olives in an olive oil and pomarola sauce.

Bistecca 
Thinly sliced beef with a creamy garlic and thyme brandy sauce

 

Dessert

Tiramisu
Layers of sponge finger biscuits soaked in coffee and marsala liquor then covered with mousse style cream and mascarpone cheese.

 

 

Complimentary Inclusions

All of the following will be included in the price of the banquet. Please inform staff of any dietary requirements when making the booking so alternatives can be made.

Foccacia
Garlic and herb foccacia for the table, plain foccacia is available on request at no extra cost or speak to our staff for our premium foccacia options at a small extra cost.

Salad
Side serves of garden will be provided with mains. If you require any additional salads or a different option (e.g. rocket salads) this can be arranged at a small extra cost. If you would prefer vegetables as a side this can be arranged at an extra $1.50 per person.

Basic Tea and Coffee
Basic tea and coffee will be provided free of charge during or following your meal. If you would like any of our premium options these can be ordered on the night as you wish, and the cost of which will be added to your bill.

Entree

Farfalle Medici
Sauteed onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sparkling white wine sauce.

Gnocchi Al Pomodoro
Home-made gnocchi (potato dumplings) simmered in a garlic, tomato and virgin olive oil sauce topped with fresh basil leaves.

Parpadelle Con Carne
Pappardelle pasta tossed through a porcini and button mushroom bolognese sauce, finished with grated Pecorino Romano cheese.

 

Mains

Please choose three of the following five choices. These mains will be served on share platters for everybody to enjoy.

Pollo Limone
Roasted chicken with garlic, thyme and cracked black pepper.

Arista Toscana
Oven roasted pork neck with fresh garden herbs in a rosemary and garlic gravy.

Salsicce 
Thick, spicy Italian sausages grilled and served with sweet capsicum chutney and mashed potatoes.

Bistecchine
Char-grilled sirloin steakettes served with a simmered porcini and button mushroom sauce.

Quaglie
Oven baked quails with pancetta and sage, served with a white wine and butter reduction sauce.

 

Desserts

Please choose one of the following two desserts or for an extra $2p.p. have an alternate drop.

Tiramisu
Layers of sponge finger biscuits soaked in coffee and marsala liquor then covered with mousse style cream and mascarpone cheese.

Bigne Torte
Oven baked Choux pastry puffs, filled with fresh cream and topped with a rich chocolate sauce.
